7 Maternity Outfits for 7 Days

One Week of Maternity Outfits Picked by My Hubs

The other day I was telling my insta-hubs that I scheduled him to do pics of outfits for me and he thought I meant he got to pick the outfits, not just take the photos. We both thought the idea was super fun, so we went with it! Here are seven outfits selected by my husband from my wardrobe.

This one is one of my faves and actual go-tos for a summer pregnancy outfit. I hunted these overalls down when I was pregnant with Halo and they are still in great shape and available from Motherhood Maternity. I had to call 3 different stores to find them in stock and my hubs was so awesome to drive around to get them for me. I found these slide sandals on Amazon last summer and they are still a fave of mine.

Romper with sneakers and a beanie.

This romper is SO comfortable, but hurry because it’s almost sold out. I sized up to an XXL because I am 5’8” and rompers ALWAYS run small on my torso. I usually wear a medium, but I knew I wanted lots of room and for it to be long enough to wear out of the house. The slits on the sides are still a little short, but wearable and perfect for summer.

Ok these are definitely date night looks, and not running around after my 3 kids looks. Can you tell my hubs is a fan of little black dresses? Both of the dresses are from SHEIN. I normally wouldn’t have paired them with my sneakers, but I am actually digging both looks that my hubs selected. These nike Jordans are also the most comfortable tennis shoes I own and who can resist a little pop of snakeskin?

Tie Dye Maxi Dress and slides.

This tie dye look is a fav of both me and my hubs. I could live in this dress day and night. It is that comfortable. Did I mention I got this whole outfit through Amazon prime? So really it just doesn’t get better than style, comfort, and the convenience of amazon prime. Again paired with my favorite summer slides to complete the look with utter style and comfort.

If I am being really honest, I haven’t worn pumps in months, but I mean covid happened and I don’t love wearing heels pregnant with 3 littles running around. With that said, I think this was a nice pairing overall. I ordered this dress from the new SHEIN maternity line and ordered a size up for a little extra length. The large is a little loose, but that means I’ll be able to wear it in a few months too. Did I forget to mention it was only $9? With that price, I didn’t mind waiting a few weeks for my order!

This is one of my favorite looks that my husband selected for me to wear. I recently bought this oversized tank on Amazon and ordered a size up since it’s not maternity. It has plenty of room for the bump. It also looks cute tied to emphasize that baby bump even more. Maternity denim shorts are a summer must have here in the Central Valley of California and I love that he paired this outfit with my favorite booties. They are 60% off at Nordstrom right now and selling out fast! It is an amazing deal and worth every penny for these super comfy high-quality booties.

It’s safe to say, he did a really good job making me look and feel cute. I couldn’t be more grateful to have such a supportive and fun loving husband.
